The challenge

Alongside the B2B app redesign, novosafe asked me to explore what a direct-to-consumer sales channel could look like: a store where individual customers could buy a ready-made security package without going through a sales call first.

The process

I built the store in Shopify around four package tiers (Wohnung or Haus, Basic or Premium), each itemized with its exact contents, hub, sirens, keypad, sensors, so a buyer knows precisely what arrives. For anyone still unsure before purchasing, a persistent call banner and a WhatsApp button offer a quick conversation, alongside a standard cart and checkout flow.

From cart to checkout

The store included a full purchase flow: an itemized cart breaking down every component in a package, and a standard Shopify checkout for delivery and payment.

The result

The exploration resulted in a fully working store, from browsing a package to checkout, though it was always an open exploration rather than a committed launch, and it never went live publicly.
